Midlife Women Bloggers on the Roll

Posted on 04. Apr, 2008 by Karen in Geek Corner, Inspiration

Check out my blogroll for a new category — Midlife Women Bloggers.  I connected with many of these women over at Blogher.com as they shared perspectives in a lively dialog about women “of a certain age” who blog.  Just from that snapshot of a conversation, it was clear that the collective wisdom here is amazing.

KK and SalGal–can’t believe you stopped by today. I was on your site and on YouTube watching your videos this morning. What a hoot–I had great fun and was inspired!

I just got a Flip camcorder last week and want to start putting some videos here on Midlife’s A Trip. So I will be visiting you MidlifeGals often. Thanks so much for such great feedback to a newbie:-)

You take away room for excuses– I have recently started my 3rd social observations blog, one I intend to keep up this go round. This is my “go public” first step. I really enjoy reading you and others I have encountered along the way. Check out http://www.danaroc.com– thought I had run into you, but in another city! Karen, You are on JAM!

Thanks for adding my A Different Nest blog in your Midlife Women Bloggers list. I’m looking forward to reading your information on caregiving. I know some mothers who are caring for aging parents with dementia while caring for their children with disabilities at the same time. I’m sure they will find your site useful; I’ll be adding it to my blogroll.

Kathie–wonder if we have met? Love your “go public” blog! It does take some courage doesn’t it to put your thoughts out there for the world to see? I just try not to take blogging to seriously and have fun with it from time to time. Thanks for the feedback–it means a lot. Karen

Carol–You are so welcome. Thanks for adding me to your blogroll. I’ll be having regular postings on caregiving–it’s the new crisis for our generation. Karen

I’m finally able to take some time and update my BlogRoll, since we’ve all been discussing this over at MidLifeBloggers.

I’m subscribing to your blog, adding your blog to my BlogRoll, and look forward to digging deep into your archives to see what I’ve missed.

Thank you for adding my blog to your BlogRoll already, I’m finally able to return the honor. :)
